Auto Loan Payments
i-bank offers several ways to make your car loan or auto loan payment, and we process all payments on the same business day they are received.

To make car loan or auto loan payments online, you will need your borrower number, note number and the primary borrower’s last name. |
| Phone |
To make a payment over the phone, contact us at 888-716-9293, extension 297. You can make your payments via Check by Phone (all you will need is your checking account number and bank routing number). |
| Bill Pay or Account Transfer |
If you have a checking account with i-bank, the simplest way to pay your car loan or auto loan is by transferring funds using Online Banking. To send us a payment using a bill-payment service through your bank or credit union, include your loan number (borrower and note number) and our routing number or ABA number: 084008426. If your bank sends a paper check, provide them with our overnight address below. |

Independent Bank Use the coupon slips provided in the coupon book and mail to the address above. |

| Automatic Draft |
To automatically debit your checking account, simply print and complete the Automatic Bank Draft Authorization Form or find the form in your coupon book. To set up this payment option, include a voided check and a one-time $10 set-up fee with your form. |
| Western Union |
To pay via Western Union, you will need the following Code City: Independent. * Western Union assesses a fee for this service. |
Payoff
Once a payoff is received, the title will be mailed after seven business days.
Grace Period
Payments must be received by i-bank within your grace period to avoid a late fee. Grace periods vary by state, so refer to your contract for specifics.
