STEP ONE

Sign on to i-bank's Online or Mobile Banking

Sign on and select “My Settings” in the top navigation.

Note: To access via the mobile app, locate “Settings” on the top right, tap “Push Notifications,” then select the alerts you want to activate. Once enabled, tap the notification to set the dollar amount that triggers the notification.

STEP TWO

Locate "Alerts & Notifications"

Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate “Alerts & Notifications” under the “Other Settings” tab.

STEP THREE

Input your email address

Input the email address where you’d like to receive alerts, then select “Update.”

STEP FOUR

Select "Alert Type"

Select the alerts you wish to opt-in to and specify the threshold amounts (or dates) where applicable.
